Water Damage in Entertainment Center

Bowling Lanes with Layflat Drying Systems

SERVPRO of Southwest Portland was able to assist with massive water damage that affected behind and underneath the bowling lanes at this local family fun center. We were able to set our equipment up to dry the lanes during the slow times and take it down during their rush hours, allowing them to remain open to the public during their busiest times. We placed Layflat Drying Systems along one side of the lanes, and Air Movers on the other, to keep the airflow efficient for drying the lanes quickly. Dehumidifiers were also placed throughout the dining areas to help with drying. Upon revisiting the property with guests, there was no sign of any water damage.

Dental Office Flood

Dental Office Flood

This is a picture of the first-floor at a dental office where the ceiling was damaged from above when water came through the third and second floor. SERVPRO Of Southwest Portland was able to save the tenants from having structural damage by placing equipment within vents in the ceiling. The tenants were very happy with the results as they were able to stay open and continue seeing patients without delays.

Containment Solutions

When this Commercial facility flooded due to a neighboring buildings construction our team responded to the initial flood calls. We also provided solutions for the owners needs to isolate the area from the rest of the building so they could perform a full flooring upgrade. The water damaged commercial carpet was removed and the concrete was then polished. Not only did we get them the flooring company to do the job but made sure the project went smoothly throughout. SERVPRO of Southwest Portland 503-777-9739.
