Storm Damage After Thunderstorm.

This homeowner experienced a flooded basement after a large thunderstorm. Older homes and office buildings are always more vulnerable to water intrusions, especially during a thunderstorm. SERVPRO of Southwest Portland quickly stepped in and began the drying and restoration process during after hours.

Storm Causes Roof Leak

Our Portland winters can come with high wind and rain. The roof of this house suffered from the tiles being blown away! SERVPRO of Southwest Portland was able to tarp and close off the roof preventing further damage to the interior of the home. Our team helped this family restore their home to preloss condition.

Living Room Flood

This home was flooded due to a large storm. There were four inches of standing water right in their living room. SERVPRO of Southwest Portland removed the contents for drying and mitigated the water in the structure. The furniture was dried and returned in preloss condition to the owners.

Storm causes roof to leak

When you see a little water on your ceiling, it could be a larger problem than you think.  That is when you call SERVPRO of Southwest Portland to take a look.  We can tell you if it is worth turning in to your insurance company or maybe you should think about paying out of pocket to save your policy from negative marks on it.  This home had an ice dam that got into the attic area, by the time the owners found it the water had spread causing more damage than they had first realized.

Call us twenty-four hours, seven days a week and our crew will be out there to assess the damage and start the repair to return the home to preloss condition.

Tree Damage

When the wind blows in Portland our big beautiful green trees can be a hazard to homes. This customer had a neighbors rotten old pine tree fall straight onto it. The roof was tarped and the windows were boarded up to stop water intrusion and to stop thieves stealing possessions. Luckily nobody was hurt.

We cleaned up all the glass with HEPA vacuums and we also had to use a generator as Lake Oswego was without power at the time. SERVPRO of Southwest Portland 503-777-9739.
