Local school experiences a huge water loss

A dehumidifier connected to a lay-flat expelling the humidity out of the classroom

A local school in the Portland area reached out to SERVPRO of Southwest Portland regarding water damage. The school, unfortunately, had a toilet supply line burst which affected four bathrooms, six classrooms, and two hallways along with that water extraction was needed in all rooms except one. 

On arrival, SERVPRO of Southwest Portland’s crew realized that demolition would also be needed along with the extraction. Due to COVID-19, our crews made sure to wear the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) the crew members wore heavy-duty gloves, hard hats, high visibility vests, face masks, and nitrile gloves.
