Water Damage caused by Vandalism.

This flooded living room in Portland, OR was the result of vandalism in a newly purchased home. Notice the extent of water damage on the first floor in the before photo. The vandals smashed the toilet on the second floor and cut the water line to the refrigerator. These two deliberate acts caused extensive water damage on two floors. The after photo shows all the building materials that had to be removed due to the water damage caused by vandalism.
