Job with a view over Portland City and Mt Hood. This is what can happen when a hot water supply line breaks when your out of town. We quickly got to extracting and setting drying equipment after moving out all the undamaged contents. This Saturday evening job needed scaffolding up underneath due to a double cavity floor with the exterior cavity containing bat insulation, which was soaked with water from the damage. We saved Hardwood, Tile, Drywall, Carpet and contents damaged from the ceiling drywall and water falling on to them. Proper extraction and analysis of structural building techniques helped to save this home.
