Basement Mold Damage
The home owner had a leaking sewer pipe that leaked over time behind cabinets in the basement, since it had leaked for awhile mold developed behind the cabinets. SERVPRO of Southwest Portland was able to go in and remove the drywall , installation and clean the floors to restore the basement to preloss condition. The floors needed to be cleaned and sanitized as well. This was a CAT III loss because of the sewer water and the heavy mold damage to the property.
