Mold damage after reconstruction

This customer had mold damage due to a water leak on their terrace near the upstairs bedroom. The water leak started out slow and then progressively grew worse. The water damaged some of their carpets and also their ceiling. Another company started the reconstruction while we were able to help clear out the mold spores with an air scrubber in a containment. The amount of mold damage took up about ten feet by five feet mostly in the ceiling. We were able to get into the house and out within two days to do mold remediation so the customer could continue with fixing the hole in the roof.
